The Clarity Standard Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing clearwavecleaning.world, booking services via our contact channels, or engaging with our digital content, you enter into a binding agreement with ClearWave Cleaning. These terms constitute the "Agreement" between you (the "Client") and us (the "Provider").

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, particularly before scheduling recurring maintenance contracts.

2 Service Scope & Liability

ClearWave Cleaning provides high-end residential and commercial cleaning services within Metro Manila, specifically serving Taguig City and surrounding areas. Our digital platform serves as a booking and information interface; we do not process payments online, nor do we store credit card information.

Physical Services: While we exercise extreme caution, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to fragile items (e.g., antique glass, unsealed marble) unless caused by demonstrable negligence. We request that clients secure valuables prior to service commencement.

Digital Services: We strive for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website. We are not responsible for damages arising from site unavailability, data loss, or security breaches outside of our reasonable control.

3 Booking Logic & Cancellation Policy

All bookings requested via our contact form or phone are subject to availability. A booking is considered "Confirmed" only upon receipt of explicit written confirmation from a ClearWave Cleaning representative via email or SMS.

  • 24-Hour Window: Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time incur a 50% administrative fee.
  • Lockouts: If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time after reasonable attempts to contact the client, a 100% "lockout fee" is charged to compensate for labor allocation.

4 Data Privacy & Communication

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected through this website (name, email, phone, address) is used exclusively for service coordination and internal quality assurance. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

By using our services, you opt-in to receive transactional communications regarding your booking (e.g., arrival notifications, technician updates). Marketing communications are strictly opt-in and can be revoked at any time.
